It is our great pleasure to announce that the Joint Workshop of
WFF&WFSM, The 10th Workshop on New Frontiers in Ferroelectrics 2024 & The
8th Workshop on Functional and Smart Materials 2024. Joint Workshop of
WFF&WFSM will be held in Sapporo on 8-10 March 2024. Workshop on New
Frontiers in Ferroelectrics (WFF) was started on 21 February, 2012 for
100th anniversary of Ferroelectricity. The term ferroelectric or
ferroelectricity was coined by Prof. Erwin Schrödinger as early as 1912.
The joint workshop brings together scientists interested in the
fundamental and applied physics of ferroelectricity and related
materials. Topics include new ferroelectric materials, piezoelectrics,
domain effects, relaxor ferroelectrics, low dimensional ferroelectrics,
photoinduced ferroelectrics and multiferroic materials.
