Please come to the conference site at least 30 min. before the session start.

Other Sessions
There are two sessions in morning/afternoon. Main role of each person is as follows.
- (T) Time Keeper (Do not forget to bring your watch !)
  - First Bell (once): when 2/3 of the talk time is spent.
  - Second Bell (twice): at the end of the assigned talk time (= total time - 5 min.).
  - Third Bell (once, can be skipped): at the end of the total time.
  Also please help participants to get a Microphone.
- (M) Microphone during discussion
  also please set-up OHP and/or Projector for each talker.
  During the talk, please help to prepare coffee and tea.
- (R) Registration and Preparing Coffee and Tea
  When a new comer come to the registration desk, please pass the envelope and name badge, and check the name in the list.
  In addition, please prepare coffee and tea (hot water).
Please remember to help each other.
